Operational principle
The complete set of equipment for circulating evaporation and degassing is an automatic control system designed according to the process specifications of milk evaporation. Its normal function is to allow the product to enter a vacuum tank, and some of the water in the product will be evaporated. In order to evaporate enough water, the product needs to be circulated through the vacuum tank multiple times. The product is heated through a plate heat exchanger, and the steam is condensed in a tube heat exchanger. The evaporator also ensures the degassing of the product.
Mechanical configuration
1. Evaporator tank for degassing.
2. One extraction pump is used for product circulation and return to the pasteurization machine.
3. A heat exchanger is used to heat the product before evaporation and to circulate the hot water circuit and cooling tower water to maintain a constant temperature of the cooling water.
4. A hot water circulation pump for hot water circuit circulation.
5. A set of condensers for the condensation and precipitation of evaporated water.
6. A vacuum pump is used to maintain an appropriate degree of evaporation and vacuum removal.
7. A booster pump is used to increase the inlet pressure of the sterilization machine entering the machine.
