Vacuum rolling machine is the main processing equipment used by food manufacturers to produce meat products and low-temperature ham. Its purpose is to knead, press, and marinate the tender raw meat, and mix it evenly with accessories, additives, etc. in a vacuum state (note: the meat material shows an expanding state in a vacuum state).

Operational principle

Equipment characteristics
1. The food vacuum rolling is made of stainless steel (SUS304) with a curved head, providing a large rolling space, reasonable design, and low operating noise. The inner surface of the rolling cylinder is finely polished to reduce additional heating and facilitate cleaning.
2. The blade is designed with a circular arc shape and a special design, which evenly distributes the marinade and does not cause damage to the surface of fish food, improving the tenderness and appearance of fish.
